Following is the sequential process for redevelopment of housing societies:

SGBM Resolution

The board needs to pass the resolution for the society redevelopment in its Society General Body Meeting.

Consent of The Society Members

Consent with atleast a quorum of the society members  is required for moving ahead with the redevelopment project.

Furnishing Documents To The Developers

The society presents all the necessary documents required for redevelopment to the developers.

Understanding The Requirements of Society Members

In the first step we meet the society members to interact with them and understand their exact needs with redevelopment project.

Project Feasibility Check

Once we have understood your expectations, our team visits the site and performs a detailed feasibility analysis of the site and its surrounding neighbourhood.

Appointing Consultants

The society appoints a Project Management & Consulting agency for the said redevelopment project.

Tendering & Short Listings

The PMC then furnishes tender for redevelopment project / short lists the developers for the said redevelopment project.

Selecting Best Option

The society selects the best option for redevelopment from all the available choices of plans submitted by different developers.

Extending LOI (Letter Of Interest) To The Developer

Once the developer is  finalised, the society then extends letter of interest to the finalized developer

Initial Blueprint

After understanding the requirements of the society members and the thorough feasibility study our team prepares.

Preparing Proposal As Per PMC Framework

Once the society members agree upon the proposed blue print and specifications we prepare a redevelopment proposal for the society as per the PMC guidelines.

Legal Contract & Processes

Once the proposal is approved by the society, our team crafts a legal contract which contains all the promised services and features during the proposal. Transparent work procedures and other processes are also mentioned.

Scrutiny of Approvals Obtained By The Developer From Pune Municipal Corporation

Completion & Occupancy

Handover Of Flats
